Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Yoga Nidra → Cancel Subscription
Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Yoga Nidra → Cancel Subscription
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → go to Settings/Account → tap "Restore Purchase". Your subscription will be automatically restored if you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
How do I download sessions for offline use?
Premium subscribers can download sessions by tapping the download icon on any session. Downloaded sessions are available in the Downloads section and can be played without internet.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across all devices where you're signed in with the same email or Apple/Google account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account, practice history, sankalpas, and all personal data. This action cannot be undone.
Why aren't my mindful minutes syncing to Apple Health / Google Health Connect?
Make sure you've granted the app permission to write to Health data in your device settings. On iOS: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Yoga Nidra → Turn on Mindful Minutes. On Android: check app permissions in Settings → Apps → Yoga Nidra → Permissions.
What is a Sankalpa?
A sankalpa is a heartfelt intention or resolve that you set at the beginning and end of each yoga nidra practice. It's not a goal — it's a statement of truth about who you are becoming. Examples: "I am peaceful", "I am present", "I trust life". The app helps you set and track your sankalpa throughout your journey.
I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
Try these steps first:
- Force quit the app and reopen it
- Check for app updates in the App Store / Play Store
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection (for streaming)
