By downloading, installing, or using Yoga Nidra ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Yoga Nidra is a meditation and yoga nidra practice app that provides guided sessions, progress tracking, and related features. The app is provided by Petr Guskov.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The content in this app is for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Subscriptions

Billing

Yoga Nidra offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform, and are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Petr Guskov or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petr Guskov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
